Rametrix Technologies

Summer 2025

"We analyze liquids and develop actionable information, based on the molecular composition of the liquid. Our focus on molecular urinalysis has provided screening tools for important diseases, such as diabetes, chronic kidney disease, and bladder cancer."

About Rametrix Technologies Inc.

The Problem

Current computational approaches require advanced programming skills or license-based programming languages, limiting its accessibility and usefulness to a large portion of the research community.

The Solution

RametrixPyLITE

An open-source, Python-based chemometric toolkit specifically designed for biomedical researchers

RametrixPyLITE aims to regularize spectroscopy data analysis by enabling researchers to apply advanced chemometric techniques without the need for extensive coding skills.

I had the opportunity to present my work for Rametrix Technologies at the 2025 Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES) Conference in San Diego, CA as first author. I'm now in the process of writing the accompanying manuscript.

Do you have your own Raman Spectroscopy data you'd like to analyze? RametrixPyLITE is an open source tool you can use with no coding experience! Access the tool here.
More in-depth information about this work is currently proprietary and is in the process of being approved for sharing. In the meantime check out our resources.

Special thanks to Dr. Ryan Senger for working with me over the last four years.
